3.1.1You agree to use ideAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.1.2You agree not to: use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; circumvent any security features of the App; or use the App to store or transmit malicious code.
3.2.1Your journal data is protected by encryption keys stored on your device.
3.2.2You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your device; using device passcode or biometric protection; and keeping your iCloud account secure if sync is enabled.

4.1.1All journal entries, notes, and personal data you create in ideAI belong to you. Magentic does not claim ownership or licensing rights to your personal materials.
4.2.1The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Magentic and protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2.2You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

5.2AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial, or psychological.
5.3AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate.
5.4You should use your own judgment when acting on AI suggestions.

The app is provided as-is. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or work on every device at all times.
6.1The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of: merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content; uninterrupted or error-free operation; and compatibility with all devices or operating systems.

Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magentic shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or business opportunities; any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App; or any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions.
7.2Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding twelve months.

9.1You may stop using ideAI at any time by uninstalling the App.
9.2Upon uninstallation: all locally stored data will be deleted; iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings; and these Terms will cease to apply to you.

11.1These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
11.2Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
12.1If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
